How an Order Works on Youdji

Regardless of the payment method chosen, the payment process on Youdji follows a simple and secure flow:

1. Receive a personalized offer: A creator sends you an offer tailored to your needs.
2. Secure prepayment: You pay the offer upfront, but the funds are not immediately transferred to the creator. They are placed in a virtual escrow managed by Youdji. This step secures the collaboration by ensuring you have the necessary funds. If the creator fails to deliver the content, you can be reimbursed.
3. Immediate invoicing: Once the payment is made, your invoice is generated. It will be sent by email and will also be available from your order.
4. Content delivery: The creator delivers the content directly on the platform.
5. Approval or request for revisions: You can approve the delivered content or request adjustments if necessary.
6. Payment to the creator: Once the content is approved, the funds are released and paid to the creator.

Available Payment Methods

On Youdji, we offer several payment methods designed to meet the needs of businesses, agencies, and brands. Our solutions provide flexibility, security, and adapt to the specifics of each collaboration.

1. Credit Card (Worldwide Creators)

You can pay for all your orders by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).

• Compatibility: Worldwide. Available for all creators regardless of country.
• Processing Time: Instant. Payment is processed immediately, and your order can start without delay.

2. Bank Transfer (European Creators)

You can pay European creators via bank transfer.

At the time of payment, you will receive instructions to make the transfer from your bank. Your order will be automatically confirmed once the transfer is received.

A pro forma invoice can be downloaded directly from the creator’s offer if needed.

• Compatibility: Europe. Only available for creators based in Europe.
• Processing Time: 3–5 business days. Receiving the transfer may take up to 5 business days. The project can only start once payment is confirmed.

3. SEPA Direct Debit (European Creators)

It is also possible to pay via SEPA direct debit for collaborations with European creators. A direct debit mandate will be requested at the time of payment.

• Compatibility: Europe. This method is reserved for creators based in Europe.
• Processing Time: 6–9 business days. The debit may take up to 9 business days to be confirmed. The project will start once payment is confirmed.

4. Youdji Balance (European Creators)

The Youdji Balance provides unique flexibility for businesses wishing to centralize and manage their budget directly on the platform.

• Standard bank transfers: Fund your balance in advance via standard bank transfers.
• Flexible payments: Use your balance to pay for orders as they occur, without initiating a new transfer for each order.
• Budget planning and control: By funding your balance in advance, you plan your expenses and avoid budget overruns. Ideal for agencies managing multiple projects or brands running long-term campaigns.
• Automatic refund of unused funds: Unused funds in your balance are automatically refunded after 90 days, ensuring your budget is not unnecessarily locked.
• Invoicing with Youdji Balance: Invoices are issued individually for each of your orders, simplifying reimbursements and expense tracking.

Invoices on Youdji

All invoices on Youdji are generated automatically at the time of payment.

The type of invoice depends on the creator’s location:

In all cases, invoice generation and delivery are handled automatically by Youdji.

1. Creators Based in Europe

If the creator is located in Europe, Youdji will appear as the supplier on your invoice.

This means:

• Any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) are calculated with respect to Youdji.
• You only need to register one supplier in your accounting: Youdji.

2. Creators Outside Europe

If the creator is located outside Europe, the invoice is issued in the name of the creator.

However, Youdji remains the technical issuer of the invoice, which will be sent automatically after payment.

How to Download Your Invoices

Invoices are automatically issued after each payment. They are sent by email and can also be downloaded from Youdji.

You can download your invoices from the following locations:

• Specific order page: Access the invoice directly from the relevant order.
• All orders page: View all your orders and download the associated invoices.
• Organization page: Access a centralized list of all invoices for simplified management.
