How Orders Work on Youdji

Regardless of the payment method chosen, the payment process on Youdji follows a simple and secure flow:

1. Receive a personalized offer: A creator sends you a proposal tailored to your needs.
2. Secure upfront payment: You pay in advance, but the funds are not immediately released to the creator. They are held in a virtual vault managed by Youdji. This ensures a safe collaboration by confirming you have the necessary funds. In the event the creator doesn’t deliver the content, we can issue a refund.
3. Immediate invoicing: As soon as the payment is made, your invoice is generated. It will be sent to you by email and will be available from your order page.
4. Content delivery: The creator delivers the content directly on the platform.
5. Approval or request for revisions: You can approve the delivered content or request adjustments if needed.
6. Payout to the creator: Once the content is approved, the funds are released to the creator.

Available Payment Methods

On Youdji, we offer several payment methods designed to meet the needs of businesses, agencies, and brands. Our solutions provide flexibility, security, and adapt to the specific nature of each collaboration.

1. Credit Card (Creators Worldwide)

You can pay for all your orders by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).

• Compatibility: Worldwide. This payment method is available for all creators, regardless of their country.
• Processing Time: Instant. The payment is processed immediately, and your order can start without delay.

2. Bank Transfer (European Creators)

You can pay European creators via bank transfer.

At the time of payment, the necessary instructions will be provided so you can complete the transfer from your bank. Your order will be automatically confirmed once the transfer is received.

A pro forma invoice can be downloaded directly from the creator’s offer, if needed.

• Compatibility: Europe. Available only for creators located in Europe.
• Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days. The receipt of the transfer can take up to 5 business days. The project can only begin once the payment is confirmed.

3. SEPA Direct Debit (European Creators)

You can also pay via SEPA direct debit for collaborations with European creators. A direct debit mandate will be requested at the time of payment.

• Compatibility: Europe. This payment method is reserved for creators based in Europe.
• Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days. The debit can take up to 5 business days to be confirmed. The project will start once the payment is validated.

4. Youdji Balance (European Creators)

The Youdji balance offers unique flexibility for companies that want to centralize and manage their budget directly on the platform.

• Traditional bank transfers: Preload your balance via standard bank transfers.
• Flexible payments: Use your balance to pay for orders as you go, without having to initiate a new transfer for each order.
• Budget planning and control: By preloading your balance, you can plan your expenses and avoid budget overruns. Ideal for agencies managing multiple projects or brands with long-term campaigns.
• Automatic refund of unused funds: Any unused funds in your balance are automatically refunded after 90 days, ensuring your budget is not tied up unnecessarily.
• Invoicing with Youdji Balance: The funds in your Youdji balance always remain yours, which is why we don’t issue invoices when reloading your balance. Invoices will be generated individually for each of your orders, greatly simplifying refunds and expense tracking.

Invoicing on Youdji

Invoicing on Youdji depends on the creator’s location.

1. Invoicing for Creators Based in Europe

If the creator is based in Europe, Youdji will appear as the supplier on your invoice. This means you only need to declare one supplier in your accounting: Youdji.

2. Invoicing for Creators Based Outside Europe

If the creator is located outside Europe, they will appear as the supplier on the invoice. You will therefore need to declare multiple suppliers in your accounting.

How to Download Your Invoices

Invoices are automatically issued after each payment. They are sent by email and can be downloaded from Youdji.

You can download your invoices from the following locations:

• The specific order page: Access the invoice directly from the relevant order.
• The page listing all your orders: View all your orders and download the associated invoices.
• Your organization’s page: Find the complete list of all your invoices, centralized for simplified management.
