# Getting Started on Youdji as a Brand

Welcome to Youdji. Here's how to get started as a brand or agency, from creating your account to your first collaboration.

## Create your account

Create a **brand or agency** account in your company's name. Youdji is for professionals: your company must be legally registered (company number, legal notice on your website).

Creating an account is free and requires no subscription or credit card. Access to creators is immediate.

Remember to check your organization's billing information, especially the **billing email** that will receive your invoices.

## Find your first creators

There are three ways to do it, which you can combine:

* **The search engine**: filter by gender, age, country, language or industry, and browse portfolios.
* **Discovery**: search by keyword across creators' videos to find those who have already talked about your industry.
* **Campaigns**: publish your need and let relevant creators apply. Your first campaign is free.

Save the profiles you like in a **collection** by clicking the heart. More details in the article **How to Find the Right Creators?**

## Launch your first collaboration

1. **Contact the creator** in the chat and present your brand and your project.
2. **Send them your proposal**: number of videos, price, usage, rights duration, deadline.
3. **Accept and pay for their offer.** The creator will only be paid once your content is approved.
4. **Send your instructions** and your product if needed.
5. **Receive and approve** the content, or request changes.

## Invite your team

Invite your colleagues from your organization settings, in the **Members** section. The number of members is unlimited and not charged. Everyone works in the same workspace and sees the same conversations.

There is no role with limited permissions yet: an invited member also has access to payments.

To have a selection of creators approved by someone without an account, share a collection with the **Casting** button: each recipient can approve or reject the creators.

## Managing several brands?

Create a **child organization** for each brand, client or country. Your conversations, collections and orders stay separate, and you can switch from one to another in one click.
