# How is my payment guaranteed by Youdji?

> Worried about getting paid for an order? Is your client taking too long to approve delivery? Want to understand how your payments are secured on Youdji?

Good news: **on Youdji, your payment is always guaranteed.** You never have to worry about not getting paid.

# Order Process

1. **You send an offer** to your client through the Youdji chat. The offer must be clear and specify the exact details of the agreed collaboration.
2. **The client pays the offer** in full. The payment is then placed in a **secure escrow**, inaccessible to the client.
3. **You deliver the content** in the dedicated order space.
4. **The client approves the delivery** and your payment is automatically released.

# What Happens If the Client Doesn’t Approve?

### The client doesn’t respond

No worries: if the client remains inactive, **the order is automatically approved 14 days after delivery**, provided that the delivery was properly submitted in the dedicated order space.

> **Important**: To benefit from this automatic protection, you must deliver the content in the order’s delivery space (and not via chat).

Note that the client may request an extension of the 14-day period. Since every order is unique, the client may need extra time before approving.

### The client refuses the delivery

If your client rejects the content because they believe it doesn’t match the agreed terms, **you can contact our support team**. We will then open a dispute and review the situation in line with [our cancellation policies](https://youdji.crisp.help/fr/article/comment-annuler-une-commande-en-cours-avec-un-createur-1kc19pq/).

# Receiving Your Payments

Payments are **handled and secured by our partner Stripe**.

* When registering on Youdji, you will need to create or link a Stripe account and provide your bank details.
* As soon as the order is approved (by the client or automatically), **your payment is triggered**.
* You will receive the funds in your bank account by **transfer within 3 business days** (standard banking time).
