If you’ve placed an order on Youdji and would like to cancel it, here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Ask the Creator to Cancel the Order



On Youdji, creators have the ability to cancel their orders. The first step is to explain your situation to them and request that they cancel the order.

If the creator hasn’t started working yet, there’s no reason for them to refuse.

After cancellation, you will be fully refunded via the payment method you used. It may take several days before the refund is reflected in your bank account.

Step 2: The Creator Isn’t Responding or Refuses to Cancel the Order

Case 2: The Creator Refuses to Cancel the Order



If the creator refuses to cancel, they likely have their reasons. Before contacting us, we encourage you to negotiate with the creator to reach an amicable solution. On Youdji, all completed work deserves to be compensated.

If no agreement can be reached, we will have to open a dispute.

Since Youdji is not directly involved in the content creation process, we only issue refunds under two conditions:

The delivered content is unusable: the audio is missing or of very poor quality, the image is degraded, etc.

The creator did not fulfill the terms of the order or contract: You ordered two videos, but only one was delivered; the creator did not follow your script or instructions at all, etc.
