How an order works on Youdji

Regardless of the payment method you choose, every order on Youdji follows a simple and secure process.

1. Receive a personalized offer: A creator sends you an offer tailored to your needs.
2. Secure payment: You pay for the order upfront, but the funds are not immediately released to the creator. They are securely held in a virtual escrow managed by Youdji. This ensures the funds are available before the collaboration begins and allows for a refund if the creator fails to deliver the agreed content.
3. Invoice generation: As soon as your payment is confirmed, your invoice is automatically generated. It is sent to you by email and remains available from the order page.
4. Content delivery: The creator delivers the content directly through the platform.
5. Approval or revision requests: You can approve the delivered content or request revisions if needed.
6. Creator payout: Once the content has been approved, the funds are released and paid to the creator.

Available payment methods

Youdji offers several payment methods to suit the needs of businesses, agencies, and brands. Each option provides a high level of security and flexibility.

1. Credit or debit card (worldwide creators)

You can pay for any order using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).

• Availability: Available for all creators, regardless of their country.
• Processing time: Instant. Your order can begin immediately after payment.

Your invoice is automatically generated as soon as the payment is confirmed.

2. One-time bank transfer (European creators)

You can pay for orders with European creators using an individual bank transfer (one order = one transfer).

Youdji is your sole supplier. All the information required to complete the transfer is provided during the checkout process. Your order is automatically confirmed once the funds have been received.

• Availability: Available only for creators located in Europe.
• Processing time: 3 to 5 business days. The collaboration can only begin once the transfer has been received and confirmed.

Your invoice is automatically generated once the payment has been received.

Your accounting department may require supporting documentation before initiating the transfer. In that case, you can download a pro forma invoice from the order page. The final invoice can only be issued once the payment has been received.

3. Youdji Balance (grouped bank transfers, European creators)

Youdji Balance allows you to fund a prepaid balance by bank transfer and then pay for your orders instantly using the available funds.

It works as follows:

1. Fund your Youdji Balance by bank transfer (one-time, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
2. Pay for individual orders using the available balance.

This solution is ideal for businesses that want to centralize payments and simplify budget management.

Youdji Balance offers several benefits:

• Instant payments: Once your balance has been funded, you can pay for new orders immediately without initiating another bank transfer.
• Simplified budget management: Fund your balance in advance to better plan and control your spending. Ideal for agencies and brands managing multiple projects.
• Automatic refund of unused funds: Any unused balance is automatically refunded after 90 days, ensuring your budget is never tied up unnecessarily.
• Simplified invoicing: Each order generates its own invoice, making accounting and refund management much easier.

Invoices on Youdji

All invoices are automatically generated when you pay for your orders.

The supplier shown on the invoice depends on the creator's location.

In all cases, invoices are automatically generated and sent by Youdji.

1. Creators based in Europe

When the creator is located in Europe, Youdji appears as the supplier on your invoice.

This means:

• any applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated based on Youdji;
• you only need to register a single supplier in your accounting system: Youdji.

2. Creators based outside Europe

When the creator is located outside Europe, the invoice is issued in the creator's name.

However, Youdji remains the technical issuer of the invoice, which is automatically generated and sent after payment.

How do I download my invoices?

Invoices are automatically generated after each payment. They are sent to you by email and remain available at any time on Youdji.

You can download them from several locations:

• An individual order page: Download the invoice associated with a specific order.
• Your orders page: Access all your orders and download their corresponding invoices.
• Your organization page: Find all your invoices in one place, along with downloadable billing reports by period to simplify your accounting and expense tracking.
