Rules to follow to avoid account suspension


The following actions may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your account:


Sending your personal contact information to a brand or creator in an attempt to bypass our service fees.

This includes:

  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • A link to your website or portfolio (for creators only)
  • A link to your social media profiles
  • Any message intended to bypass our service fees


Sending your own invoices, quotes, or payment links through the chat.


Spamming other users through the Youdji chat.


Using a fake name, disposable email address, or a website that does not reflect your true identity.


Promoting a product or service in the Youdji chat.


Using disrespectful, insulting, or unprofessional language.


Respecting these rules is essential as they ensure fair use of our service and protect you as well.


What to do if your account has been suspended?


If your account has been temporarily or permanently suspended, you can contact our support team to provide more information or to appeal the decision.
