Is your Youdji account suspended, blocked, or restricted and you don’t understand why? All the answers are here.


At Youdji, we take the safety of our community and compliance with our Terms of Service very seriously. We use automated tools as well as manual reviews, which may lead to the suspension of your account.



Rules to Follow to Avoid Suspension


The following actions may result in temporary or permanent suspension.


🚫 Sharing Your Contact Details


It is prohibited to share your contact information for the purpose of finalizing a collaboration outside of Youdji.


This includes:


  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • A link to your website or portfolio (for creators)
  • A link to your social media accounts
  • A link to a scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly, Cal.com)
  • Any message aimed at bypassing our service fees


🚫 Sending Your Own Payment Methods


It is prohibited to send:


  • Your invoices
  • Your quotes/estimates
  • An external payment link


All transactions must go through Youdji.


🚫 Proposing Off-Platform Collaborations


The following are also prohibited:


  • Internal loyalty programs (Creators Club, Creators House, long-term collaborations, etc.)
  • Alternative compensation proposals (product gifting, performance-based commissions, etc.)


🚫 Spam and Abusive Solicitation


  • Sending mass unsolicited messages
  • Promoting a product or service via chat
  • Recruiting creators for scams or illegal activities


🚫 Fake Profiles or Misleading Information


  • Using a fake name
  • Using a disposable email address
  • Providing a website that does not match your real identity


🚫 Inappropriate Behavior


Any communication that is:


  • Disrespectful
  • Insulting
  • Unprofessional


may result in penalties.


Respecting these rules ensures fair use of the platform and protects the entire community, including you.



What to Do If Your Account Has Been Suspended


If your account has been suspended (temporarily or permanently), you can contact our support team to appeal the decision.


We grant second chances whenever possible.
