You are an agency and want your clients to pay directly for their orders on Youdji? Here’s the step-by-step process.

Step 1: Create a Sub-Organization in Your Client’s Name

1. Go to this page: Create an Organization.
2. Check “Create as a sub-organization.”
3. Uncheck “Inherit billing” so that billing is separate from your agency.

Step 2: Request an Offer from the Creator

Contact the creator you want to collaborate with and ask them to send you an offer via Youdji.

Step 3: Enter Your Client’s Billing Information

When proceeding to payment, fill in the fields with your client’s billing information (not your agency’s).

Step 4: Send the Payment Link to Your Client

1. Once the information is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to the Stripe payment page.
2. Copy the link from this page and send it to your client.
3. The link is valid for 24 hours, so your client must complete the payment within this time frame.

✅ This way, your client pays for the order directly, while you can still manage the collaboration through your agency account.
