How is my payment guaranteed by Youdji?
Worried about getting paid for an order? Is your client taking too long to approve delivery? Want to understand how your payments are secured on Youdji?
Good news: on Youdji, your payment is always guaranteed. You never have to worry about not getting paid.
Order Process
- You send an offer to your client through the Youdji chat. The offer must be clear and specify the exact details of the agreed collaboration.
- The client pays the offer in full. The payment is then placed in a secure escrow, inaccessible to the client.
- You deliver the content in the dedicated order space.
- The client approves the delivery and your payment is automatically released.
What Happens If the Client Doesn’t Approve?
The client doesn’t respond
No worries: if the client remains inactive, the order is automatically approved 14 days after delivery, provided that the delivery was properly submitted in the dedicated order space.
Important: To benefit from this automatic protection, you must deliver the content in the order’s delivery space (and not via chat).
Note that the client may request an extension of the 14-day period. Since every order is unique, the client may need extra time before approving.
The client refuses the delivery
If your client rejects the content because they believe it doesn’t match the agreed terms, you can contact our support team. We will then open a dispute and review the situation in line with our cancellation policies.
Receiving Your Payments
Payments are handled and secured by our partner Stripe.
- When registering on Youdji, you will need to create or link a Stripe account and provide your bank details.
- As soon as the order is approved (by the client or automatically), your payment is triggered.
- You will receive the funds in your bank account by transfer within 3 business days (standard banking time).
