Why is my profile not visible?

If you’re not visible or brands can’t reach out to you, follow this guide.

If your profile does not appear in our search engine, make sure to check the following information:

1. Your status is set to “Available”

On Youdji, you can enable or disable the availability of your profile. Make sure you’ve selected “Available” on your profile page.

2. You have a profile picture

Your profile picture is the first point of contact with brands on Youdji. It should look professional and reflect your unique style. To add your profile picture, go to your profile page and click on the image with your initials. Choose a photo that best represents you.

3. Your Stripe account is completed

In order to receive payments for your collaborations, you must link a valid Stripe account to your Youdji profile. Go to the “My Profile” section or your account page and follow the instructions to connect your Stripe account. This step is essential for you to receive payments.

4. Your profile is at least 80% complete

A complete profile is key to attracting quality brands. We ask all our creators to complete their profile to at least 85%. This includes details such as your portfolio and your rates. The more detailed your profile is, the higher your chances of being noticed by brands.
