Rules to follow to avoid account suspension



The following actions can result in the permanent or temporary suspension of your account:

Sending your personal contact information to a brand or creator to bypass our service fees. This includes:
Your email
Your phone number
The link to your website or portfolio (for creators only)
The link to your social media profiles

Sending your own invoices, quotes, or payment links via chat.

Spamming our users via Youdji chat.

Using a fake name, disposable email address, or a website that does not reflect your identity.

Promoting a product or service in the Youdji chat.

Engaging in disrespectful, insulting, or unprofessional speech.

Adhering to these rules is essential as they ensure both fair use of our service and your own protection.

What to do if your account has been suspended?



If your account has been temporarily or permanently suspended, you can contact our support team to provide more information or contest the decision. Support can be reached at the following address: support@youdji.com. We give second chances.
