Rules to Follow to Avoid Account Suspension


The following actions may result in the permanent or temporary suspension of your account.


Sending your personal contact information to a brand or a creator with the intention of bypassing our service fees.

This includes:


  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The link to your website or portfolio (for creators only)
  • Links to your social media accounts
  • Any message intended to bypass our service fees


Sending your own invoices, quotes, or payment links through the chat.


Spamming our users via the Youdji chat.


Using a fake name, disposable email address, or a website that does not reflect your identity.


Promoting a product or service in the Youdji chat.


Disrespectful, insulting, or unprofessional speech.


Following these rules is essential, as they ensure both fair use of our service and your own protection.


What to Do if Your Account Has Been Suspended


If your account has been temporarily or permanently suspended, you can contact our support team to provide more information or to appeal the decision.
